The Hagyard Pharmacy Formulary a resource for equine practitioners which lists occasionally used medication doses that tend to be forgotten or specialized medications for unique problems that do not frequently occur. It is designed as a reference for practicing veterinarians.
Our formulary contains drug indications as well as administration amount, route, and frequency for over 120 medications. The Hagyard Pharmacy Formulary also contains treatment protocols for a handful of medical conditions such as chemotherapy for lymphoma in horses, suggested treatment for horses with small airway inflammatory disease, and manipulation of seasonality and the estrus cycle.
